This counselling practice is fee-for-service. Fees are payable by cash or direct debit. Bank details are supplied at the first session for transferring fees under the name of Warrnambool Lighthouse Counselling. The fees are negotiable so they are affordable. These fees include the cost of supervision which is when the counsellor consults a more experienced counsellor to gain from their wisdom. Reduced fees (low income) apply for counsellees who hold a Health Care card.

At your first session, you will begin to share about what troubles you about your situation and begin to gain insights into how counselling could be of help. You will sign a Counselling Agreement where you agree to pay the fees as listed on the document you will receive for each session. These will be outlined as:

Individual fee for Counselling sessions - $80 (Full fee) / $60 (Concession)

Couple fee for Counselling sessions - $100 (Full fee) / $80 (Concession) 

Full-time student fee for Counselling sessions - $30 - $50

Family Therapy (combined sessions) - $100 

Preparation of a report, letter or court document - $50 - $100
